Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain IT systems, including installation, updates, and development, with a focus on Microsoft Windows Server, VMware, Veeam, Horizon, and antivirus solutions.
• Manage local area network (LAN) infrastructure and connectivity.
• Oversee wide area network (WAN) operations, including inter-site and internet connections.
• Administer storage systems and ensure efficient data management.
• Manage user access and permissions across all IT systems.
• Handle incident and problem management, including identification, troubleshooting, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to all users of IT services.
• Manage user workstations, including preparation, installation, inventory, and control.
• Ensure continuous operation of IT infrastructure, including configuration, maintenance, and repair of network components.
• Supervise IT infrastructure and network-related projects from planning through implementation
