WB Industries is seeking a MIG Welder in O’Fallon, MO to join their 2nd shift team!
If you have welding and fitting experience (to include Seel MIG and Flux Core), read blueprints and a tape measure confidently, know your way around weldments, and maintain excellent attendance, you’ll fit right in with this position!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fit, fabricate, and weld complex assemblies and weldments
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
- Measure, layout, and fit parts accurately prior to welding
- Work to aerospace‑driven quality and tolerance expectations
- Inspect work for accuracy and quality throughout fabrication
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Collaborate with fabrication and machining teams as needed
