Land Development Department Head
We are targeting a senior level management professional with their Civil PE in the Maryland & DC areas with a strong background within commercial, industrial and residential site development that can lead and continue to grow the land development division for our client. The organization is very well established and growing, and offering top compensation for the right individual.
The right individual should be well versed in working with local, city and state government agencies on permitting, planning and zoning issues, and should feel comfortable interfacing directly with clients and consulting with them from the point of an idea- and developing timeframes, budgets and initial designs, as well as directing and training a junior-mid level staff in the engineering and design aspects. This should also be someone who is comfortable with the marketing and business development aspects and can be involved with the growth and strategic development of the organization as a whole- and has a local contact base to the DC & Silver Springs and Baltimore, MD areas.
