One of our top clients located in Richmond is actively seeking top level talent with a strong expertise in commercial HVAC equipment replacement projects, as well as a strong track record of success in estimating and developing new clients.  The right fit will have exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal and enjoy client interface.  This will be someone who can actively represent our client as the face of the organization and is familiar with both negotiated, design build projects as well as hard bid; although probably will be geared more towards design build.  The right individual will demonstrate a strong understanding of estimating and the technical side of the business, as well as the ability to enjoy and be successful with the development of long term industry relationships.
