Our client, one of the largest and most well established HVAC manufacturer's in the country, is actively seeking a SALES MANAGER. 

 

The right fit will be an individual with a proven successful sales track record, very adept at opening new doors and generating leads and new relationships.  Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage an 8 person team in the Richmond, Virginia office, as well as continue to participate in direct business-to-business sales himself is required.

 

The right person should demonstrate a highly technical sales background, and product knowledge, preferably coming from a mechanical, HVAC, or Controls background, who is used to marketing their products, services and solutions into C-level executives, with proven results in growing a region and/or division.

 

This person will be responsible for taking over the state of Virginia territory.  This division of their group is continuing to grow and expand- meaning lots of room for growth and advancement within the company at this point.

 

They do strictly negotiated work, no hard bid- which also makes them more stable in today's market, and the organization has a reputation for high integrity and upholding standards of quality and they are looking for like-minded individuals with strong communications and management capabilities to join and grow with their team. The position has opened up due to internal promotion.
