Estimator

 

Our client, a well-established national contractor expanding in their Atlanta branch is looking to add talent to their winning team in the Atlanta market.  They are currently seeking seasoned Estimators with an excellent track record in the industry and expertise in Hospital and Healthcare Construction.  Individuals with large-scale commercial and/or Institutional construction will still be considered; projects must range from $5 to $20 Million in value in previous experience.

 

They are looking for proven successful track records in the industry in securing new work, both with hard bid and negotiated projects- heavier on the design build negotiated side.  This person will be familiar with handling all change orders, RFI’s, conceptual estimates, hard bids, take off's, RFQ’s, and may get involved with invoicing aspects as well, and should be able to work very closely with project management personnel.  The right fit will have an in depth understanding of how construction schedules flow, and be able to accurately forecast a budget and time going into these projects.
