Sr. Operations Manager
Our client is seeking a true leader in the civil-structural construction industry- familiar with highly complex and versatile types of projects who enjoys a challenging environment of like-minded professionals and has the ability to lead a team of project managers and solve problems.
Our client prides themselves on their ability to take on and shine with highly technical and complicated projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, and they are growing, and in need of a top level, seasoned Operations Leader- who can be a resource, adviser and a solution for their division project managers and clients. Projects are all design-build, and unique- this is not a cookie-cutter role. This will consist of multiple types and designs of bridge, highway and marine construction. The right individual will take over all P&L responsibility, as well as oversight and direction for all project management and field operations on multi-million projects, and all in-direct personnel beneath them.
The ideal candidate will understand the value of Team, and take pride in being both a part of that team, as well as leading it, and will facilitate the growth and development of this team and division.
