We are seeking leaders- who can be very assertive in their approach, with strong enough people skills to be diplomatic at the same time- and find solutions!

 

The ideal candidate will be a civil P.E. with 5+ years of experience in consulting design and construction management for aviation projects- that demonstrates a successful history of working in a start up environment, or heavy growth environment and has participated heavily in building a division of that group. This needs to be a progressive thinking individual with all of the necessary technical abilities and a passion for what they do, as well as the ability to convey that passion directly to clients.

 

Those with a passion or even interest in aviation will find this extremely attractive- use of the companies' private jets when flying, rather than commercial- ensures less travel overnight and a more flexible schedule, which equates to more free time for them as an individual- and the ability to pursue and potentially recieve assistance for pursuing their pilot's license.  For those with an interest in flying- this is a dream job!
