Healthcare Construction Project Manager

 

Our client, a well established General Contractor in the Charlotte area with over 50 years in the commercial construction sector is rapidly growing and expanding within their Healthcare and Hospitals division.  They are currently seeking top level talent in a Project Management capacity to oversee multi-million dollar hospital projects throughout the Carolinas.  Projects will range from $10-$50+ million.  A minimum of 7 years experience in this capacity is required.

 

The right person will be able to be involved with pre-construction and contract negotiations, hiring and coordinating sub-contractors, overseeing field operations and conceptual planning.  The right individual MUST have a solid track record of success and promotion specifically in hospital and medical projects, both from the ground up, as well as additions and retro-fit.  Excellent communications, professionalism, very strong organizational ability and attention to detail are required.  ASHE and LEED certifications strongly preferred.

 

This organization upholds a strong reputation in the industry and has a team in place that functions very well independently and as a group, as is their expectation in bringing someone on board.  This will need to be someone familiar with regulations and documentation on healthcare projects.
