SUPERINTENDENT

 

One of our top clients located in Virginia, a national industry leader in the Performance Contracting and Mechanical Construction fields, is actively seeking highly visible Project Managers within their group to large scale commercial, industrial and federal projects.

 

Our client has a reputation for high integrity and upholding standards of quality and they are looking for like-minded individuals with strong communications and project management capabilities to join and grow with their team. 

 

To be successful in this role, you will need solid MEP background skills and abilities, as well as at least 5 years experience in a superintendent capacity with a mid sized General Contractor.  Strong military construction background and/or security clearances are a strong plus.  This will be the on-site point of contact for all sub-contractors, responsible for ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
