TRG has recently been engaged by a very well established and growing consulting design group that is looking for a Senior Level Structural Engineer with his PE in the Alexandria/ DC market. This organization focuses heavily on architectural commercial buildings and federal government and military work, and specializes in anti-terrorist and blast resistant structures, so that expertise would be an added plus, although not a must have.
Our client is looking for someone with solid structural design expertise who is a strong team player and will fit well within a work hard, play hard atmosphere. This will need to be someone with exceptionally strong communications abilities, who is going to enjoy a lot of client interface, and who can assist in mentoring and training junior staff. We are looking for a leader who will take ownership of the department and make it their own.
The right candidate MUST also be a US Citizen who is eligible to obtain security clearances
